In 2008, a 21-year-old dreamer named NK Tan was juggling his studies in Media and Communication while working part-time in a restaurant. As graduation approached, he realized that the structured media industry couldn’t contain the wild creativity and bold ideas brewing in his mind.
Armed with passion and a modest sum of capital, NK Tan took a leap of faith. Together with his family, he founded Fei Fei Crab Seafood Restaurant — a place where culinary imagination knows no limits.
From day one, Fei Fei Crab was never just another seafood restaurant. It was a playground of flavors, a stage for stories, and a celebration of family and tradition. Here, Musang King durians meet juicy crabs, tofu swims through coral reef-inspired dishes, and pork ribs build the Great Wall on a plate. In this house of wonders, the impossible becomes deliciously possible.
Under the slogan “Not Just About Crab, Never Just Simple”, Fei Fei Crab’s identity lies not only in its giant, succulent crabs but also in its one-of-a-kind sauces — each one thoughtfully crafted, tested, and perfected by NK Tan himself. From signature stir-fried crab pastes to custom chili blends for rice and noodles, every drop of sauce is a labor of love, aimed at bringing out the best in every bite.
